Returns

Request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing innumiim@gmail.com. Items must be unworn and have their tags attached.

Customers pay return postage. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. We cover returns for defective items or items sent incorrectly; contact us so we can arrange the return.

Contact us before sending an item back. We will provide return instructions and the return address privately.
